Just For A Moment: Music 1973-1997 chega ao mercado em maio e recupera a obra de Ronnie Lane, o baixista dos Faces/Small Faces
Ronnie Lane pode não ser um nome muito conhecido do grande público, mas o baixista foi uma das figuras mais importantes do rock dos anos 60 e 70.
Um Ronnie Lane bem enturmado
Membro e fundador de grupos como o Small Faces e o Faces, Lane teve em seus grupos nomes como Kenney Jones (que depois foi para o The Who), Jimmy McCulloch (que tocou com Paul McCartney e os Wings), Steve Marriott (Humble Pie), Ronnie Wood (mais tarde recrutado pelos Rolling Stones), Jesse Ed Davis e Rod Stewart.
Além disso gravou discos com o amigo Pete Townshend e foi o responsável pela primeira reunião de Eric Clapton, Jeff Beck e Jimmy Page num mesmo palco (no ARMS Concert, em 1983 — uma série de shows realizados para angariar fundos para o seu tratamento contra a esclerose múltipla).
