Indicados ao Eisner Awards 2010

Indicados ao Eisner Awards 2010 – AmbrosiaFinalmente chegam os indicados ao Eisner Awards deste ano, o mais importante prêmio da indústria de quadrinhos no mundo – mas nem tudo é maravilha, assim como Oscar, o Eisner ignora as publicações internacionais quase que totalmente.

O grande nome deste ano é incrívelmente um japonês, Naoki Urasawa recebeu cinco indicações divididas entre seus trabalhos 20th Century Boys e Pluto: Urasawa X Tezuka. Em seguida temos David Mazzucchelli, que conseguiu quatro indicações com o fenomenal/imprescindível Asterios Polyp (que estarei resenhando em breve). Com três indicações ficaram Jean Regnaud, Émile Bravo, Emmanuel Guibert, Yoshihiro Tatsum, Darwyn Cooke, Mike Carey, Peter Grosse, Mark Waid, Peter Kraus, Ed Brubaker e Robert Crumb.

Já nas editoras, a DC Comics venceu disparado com 20 indicações, sendo 11 do universo principal, 7 da Vertido, 1 da Wildstorm e 1 da Zuda. Depois temos a Fantagraphics com 17 indicações, já a Marvel Comics ficou com apenas 8 indicações.

A premiação do Eisner Awards ocorre dia 23 de julho, durante a Comic-Con 2010 em San Diego, o maior evento de cultura nerd do mundo. Abaixo os indicados por categoria, recomendo a todos que marquem estes nomes 😀
